Jesus the Super Glue

Hey Church,

I wanted to extend what I was preaching this last Sunday that God wants us to live our lives with purpose and passion. He has demonstrated all throughout his Word that his love never ends towards us. He loves us and is thinking about us all of the time! His thoughts are not evil towards us but of a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). I think many times we think worse thoughts about ourselves than what God does. I think if we get the revelation of how much our God loves us and thinks positive thoughts toward us we would go through life a lot different. The hard days wouldn't bother us quite as much, the good days would be all the more sweeter. Paul goes on to say that there is nothing that could ever separate us from that kind of love. Not even the powers of darkness with everything they can through at us can separate us from God's never-failing love. 

Romans 8:38-39 "[38] For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, [39] Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." It's like we are super glued to the Father and Jesus is that super glue. Now that's an encouraging thought!
