Level-Up

Hey Church,

 

What an encouraging message Sunday! Who's ready to level-up in life? That can mean so many things to each of us. I'm sure many of us tried to better ourselves in the past, only to fail. But thank God for His mercy and grace! Even when we fail and make mistakes, He is there for us. Who better to pull us from our sinking sand than the One who is above all? Part of leveling up is surrendering our will to God. He wants us to grow, and that means we need to change! We cannot be who we used to be. We can't do the same things anymore and expect better results. God has empowered us in so many ways. The Holy Spirit lives in us and is ready for more. 

 

I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

 

Ephesians 4:14-15
So that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.
