Hey River,

What a powerful message that Joel shared Sunday! He emphasized our need to fully let God in, allowing Him to access every dark corner of our lives to bring about real change. We can't move forward if we're clinging to the past. I want to encourage you to leave behind our pig pen and run into the arms of loving Father. We need to fully surrender everything to Him. Let's set aside our pride, our fear of letting go, of not knowing what to expect. God may need to do some pruning, some digging, some uprooting, but He's doing it to help us grow!

Hebrews 12:1-2 ESV
"Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God."
