WELCOME

 What you experience from the moment you walk in the front door is a warm greeting and loving people ready to assist you.   Grab a cup of coffee at our cafe, find a seat and get ready to enter in the presence of the Lord.    

 Worship is contemporary style and lasts about 20-30 minutes.   We sing in the style of Elevation Church, Maverick City, Bethel etc., followed by an encouraging word that  is usually no longer than 40 minutes.  You can raise your hands and sing or sit quietly and be refreshed. 

 Sunday morning services start at 10AM.  We encourage you to come a few minutes early to find a seat, or just ask one of our ushers to assist.    The entrance is in the front of the building.   The accessibility ramp is in the rear side of the church in the back parking lot. 

 We have three parking lots to choose from.   There is parking directly behind our building, next door at the St Joseph's building, and a 2nd back lot across the street from rear of church.  Note that there is no parking in front of the church.  Look for the River parking signs to guide you! 

 Yes, we will love your children!  All volunteers who work with children must undergo a  a background check and are carefully screened before we allow them to serve.   On a weekly basis we minister to Toddlers aged 1-3 years old and Children aged 4-12. 

 Yes, we have a youth group that meets biweekly on Sunday for those in Grades 6th - 12th. 

 We have no dress code. Whether it is business formal, casual, suit, or dress, wear what you are comfortable in.  We believe that what is on the inside is more important than the outside appearance. "People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”   

 We have regular announcements each week at our service.  We also send out weekly emails, texts and of course Facebook/Instagram @syracuseriver.    There is also a Hub Spot in the sanctuary to sign up for events and get involved.
